A message dated April 15, 2005, and received April 15 at 3:16 p.m.,                                 
was read stating the Senate has passed CSHB 66(FIN) with the                                        
following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration:                                        
                                                                                                    
         SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN)                                                
         "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                
         expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental                                    
         health program; and providing for an effective date."
